The Process of Powder Coating Line:

1. Surface Preparation:	The powder coating process begins with comprehensive surface treatment of aluminum profiles. This critical initial phase establishes the essential bonding foundation for coating adhesion. Typical preparation involves: Chemical cleaning to eliminate oils and grease Mechanical abrasion for optimal surface profile Contaminant removal to ensure pristine substrate conditions
2. Pre-Treatment:	Following surface preparation, aluminum profiles receive specialized pre-treatment to optimize: Coating adhesion - Creates an ideal surface for powder bonding Corrosion resistance - Forms protective base layer Long-term durability - Extends product lifecycle Standard Pre-Treatment Methods Include: Chemical Cleaning - Removes residual contaminants Phosphating - Forms micro-crystalline phosphate layer Chromate Conversion - Creates corrosion-resistant surface This critical stage ensures: ✓ Superior powder coating adhesion ✓ Enhanced corrosion protection ✓ Consistent finish quality ✓ Improved coating longevity
